Dual Enrollment Program
The Dual Enrollment Program provides high school students with the opportunity to take college courses for credit while still in high school. The program is open to juniors and seniors from Newark Public Schools, charter schools, and parochial schools. Students take courses on campus with undergraduate students and have access to on-campus supports such as mentoring and tutoring.

Rutgers Future Scholars
The Rutgers Future Scholars program serves students residing in Newark. The program provides students in grades 8th-12th academic growth, social development, personal enrichment and exposure to academic and career paths.

The TRIO programs serve the areas of East Orange and Newark, and Orange. Talent Search Programs provide 6th-12th graders in Orange, East Orange, and Newark early preparation for post-secondary education.
